醫(yī)療器械資質(zhì)辦理流程

1.申請(qǐng)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)許可證：申請(qǐng)者需向國家食品藥品監(jiān)管部門提交材料，經(jīng)過審核，如符合相關(guān)要求，會(huì)向申請(qǐng)者發(fā)放生產(chǎn)許可證。

4.繳納相關(guān)費(fèi)用：在獲得各類許可證后，需要向相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)繳納相應(yīng)的證書費(fèi)用和資料認(rèn)證費(fèi)用。

5.領(lǐng)取證書：繳納證書費(fèi)用后，即可領(lǐng)取醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)許可證、醫(yī)療器械注冊(cè)證和市場(chǎng)許可證，正式開始運(yùn)營。
