3.從事類代號為三類-6822醫(yī)用光學(xué)器具、儀器及內(nèi)窺鏡設(shè)備(jinxian軟性角膜接觸鏡)類零售業(yè)務(wù)的，應(yīng)設(shè)有獨立的柜臺;其中提供驗配服務(wù)的，經(jīng)營場所使用面積不得少于30平方米，驗光室(區(qū))應(yīng)具備暗室條件或滿足無直射照明的條件。
